- Impactful LLC staff may access subscriber and end-user data only as necessary to support and maintain the Service.
- Data will be retained in the system for as long as the subscription is active or as required by applicable laws.
- Upon termination or expiry of a subscription, subscribers will be notified of the data deletion process, which includes a 90-day retention period during which they may request to export or back up their data. After this period, data will be permanently and securely deleted from active databases and backups using industry-standard methods to prevent unauthorized recovery. Users will receive confirmation once their data has been entirely deleted. This statement complies with relevant data protection laws and will be updated as required to ensure ongoing compliance. Impacful LLC maintains records of the deletion process for auditing purposes. Data may only be retained beyond the retention period if required by legal obligations or ongoing investigations, and affected users will be duly informed.
